Clíona Frost

Clíona is the Príomhoifigeach of FNT. A picture of Clíona Frost

She was raised with Irish and attended Coláiste Phádraig, Droim Conrach where she graduated with a degree in Modern Irish and French in 1996.

She has taught Irish and French, and English as a foreign language.

Clíona has been with Forbairt Naíonraí Teoranta since April 2003.

Mairéad Mhic Gabhann

Mairéad has been a naíonra stiúrthóir in Galway for over twenty years. A picture of Mhairéad Mhic Gabhann

She has been the Chairperson of Na Naíonraí Gaelacha (the national organisation for stiúrthóirí) since October 2004 and had been an active member of that organisation's committee for years before that.

She has been a representitive of Na Naíonraí Gaelacha on the Forbairt Naíonraí Teoranta Board since 2002.

Tomás Ó Ruairc

Tomás Ó Ruairc represents Foras na Gaeilge where he is Vice Chief Executive and Head of Education Services. He has previously worked with Froebel College of Education as Head of the Irish Department and also as a secondary school teacher. A picture of Thomás Ó Ruairc

He has spent time teaching both adults and children at summer camps and evening classes since 1997. He has been involved in various projects aimed at developing syllabi for Irish language courses as well as teaching resources for adult and young learners alike.
